In 15 min he saw the problem & replaced a roller, fixed the sensor & had a new remote I needed - all for an unbelievably fair price! Haven't had service like this from any service people in recent history. Forget the big, franchised operations. Go with this single owner company. So HAPPY!

Even sweep my garage and was cleaner than when he arrived. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for someone to install their garage door openers. walked us through operation at the end and demonstrated everything. 5 star for sure.

Showed up quickly, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and priced his work fairly. One time he refused to charge me because the problem was so minor. If you have problem with garage doors, and you are in his service area, you couldn't do better than Big Guy!

Feb 18, 2016A brand new company in the area, but directed by a big guy with over a decade of experience. Tim Calascione, the owner, is extremely knowledgable, friendly, and driven by customer satisfaction. Tim made his schedule work with mine, no 3 hour+ time window. He inspected my door, made all the necessary adjustments, and explained what and why he was doing everything. My 2 bay door definitely needed attention in the frigid winter weather. It took forever to open up. Tim also gave me tips and advice of easy things I could do periodically to keep the door operating smoothly, and prevent the need of calling him back for minor adjustments. That's customer service you very rarely find anywhere.

April 1, 2017Contacted Tim about problems with our garage door, came out the same day and fixed the problem. Then he showed me how care for the garage door & lubed the entire door and went threw and tightened & changed a couple of bolts on the door. His prices are beyond fair!
